Today was not a good day. As many of you know, we have been waiting all week for today to go back into the doctor and hear our babies heartbeat faster and stronger. Well, we went to the visit, but the heart had stopped beating completely. We were devastated to learn that our dream of having this little baby has come to an end today.
I am scheduled to have a D&C done on Friday morning. After the surgery, they will send the "tissue" to the pathologist to see if they can find out what went wrong.
We want to thank everybody for all your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. We are doing as well as can be expected, but are obviously devastated by this news.
